Parts of the structured project planning and control methodology (MePCP) are used in certain sections of the book to better exemplify the management practice (MePCP is adherent to PMBOK and the PDCA cycle). Some emphasis is given to a multi-project environment with a project management office. We hope that, with what is learned in this book, the reader will become able to assemble the project plan for a project and, subsequently, monitor its execution. The goal is certainly to have successful projects.
