Exchange, Return and Refund Policy

If you received a dirty or torn book, missing pages or some other defect, you can exchange purchased products within 5 days of receiving them. Contact our service channels to find the best solution for your problem.  

- How do I register?

Access the login bar located in the upper right corner, register and correctly fill in the requested fields.

- How do I recover the password I lost?

Access the link "I forgot my password" and fill in the requested fields. We will send your password to your registration email.

- What is the deadline?

The delivery time varies according to the location and the shipping method. In case of doubt, send an email to editororafalconi@falconi.com or contact us by phone (31) 3289-7253.

- What are the forms of payment?

Payment can be made via PagSeguro or bank deposit. PagSeguro offers credit card options - in cash or in installments - or boleto. In the case of bank deposit:

- How do I change my book that is defective?

Make the exchange at the place where the book was purchased. In case of doubt, send an email to editororafalconi@falconi.com or contact us by phone (31) 3289-7253.

- About international shipments:

WARNING:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the forwarding and distribution of international orders are impaired, causing price instability and delivery times. With this in mind, Editora Falconi chose to suspend the freight calculation platform for international shipments in order to avoid possible inconvenience. For international purchases, please send an email to editororafalconi@falconi.com.

delivery policy

The delivery service used by the website is Correios PAC or Sedex. Delivery times may vary by location and shipping method.

In general, the period varies between 3 and 15 working days.

We recommend that you track your order via the link and code that we will send to your email once the order has been shipped.

If the delivery is not completed in a maximum of 3 attempts, Correios will return your order to the Editora and the cost of the new shipment will be borne by the customer.

If you need a larger quantity of books and the calculation of shipping via postal services is higher than expected, please contact us so that we can quote the shipment with a carrier, sending an email to  editorafalconi@falconi.com  or by calling (31) 3289-7253.  

- About international shipments:
